INITIATION TO PADEL

This beginner-friendly padel course is designed to take you from zero to confident player. Across 4 structured modules, you'll learn the basics of the game, develop proper technique, improve movement and teamwork, and apply everything in real-game situations. Each lesson combines theory, court demonstrations, and weekly practice challenges — so you can learn by doing, at your own pace.

The course consists of 4 modules:

Module 1: Introduction to Padel (3 lessons)
Module 2: Technical Fundamentals (6 lessons)
Module 3: Movement & Team Play (4 lessons)
Module 4: Practical Application & Progression (3 lessons)

No prior padel experience is required. This course is designed for complete beginners.

Basic physical fitness: You should be able to engage in light to moderate physical activity.

Access to a padel court: To practice the skills taught in the course, you’ll need access to a padel court (indoors or outdoors).

Padel equipment: A basic padel racket and a few padel balls are recommended.

Internet connection: A stable internet connection is required to watch the video lessons and access course materials.

Motivation to learn: A positive attitude and willingness to improve your skills are key!

When you complete the course, you’ll receive a personalized certificate recognizing your progress and commitment. It’s a great way to celebrate your first step into the sport — and a milestone to share with your padel community.

Meet the instructor and co-founder

My name is Yannik Molina Dilg, born in Mallorca and raised in Malaga from Spanish/German parents. From gripping a racket at the age of 5 I started playing tennis, but after a few years I discovered the world of padel and I was hooked from that moment on.

In the more than 10 years that I’m playing padel I participated in many different international tournaments, including an European Championship with the German national team. For more than 6 years I’m also active as a coach, traveling the world and coaching in countries like Germany, Sweden and Kuwait.
